Terms of sale
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from naffstore.com. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are
NaffStore is run by NAFF, a sole trader, of Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10. Email [email protected], phone 03333 44 2297.
Who can order
We sell to consumers in the UK and deliver to UK addresses only.
Your order and our contract
When you click to pay, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. Our contract is formed when your payment is taken and Stripe sends you a confirmation email.
If for some reason we cannot make or deliver your order (for example an item or size is no longer available from our print partner, or there is an obvious pricing error), we will tell you by email and give you a full refund. We will not charge you for anything we cannot supply.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes due. Shipping is charged on top and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Made to order products
We do not keep stock. Every item is printed when you order it, so nothing is made that nobody wants. Because screens differ, colours on your screen may look slightly different from the printed item. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering, as sizes vary between styles.
See our shipping page for printing and delivery times.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. See our returns page for how to cancel and how refunds work.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If anything is faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we will put it right. See our returns page.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier strikes or severe weather. If that happens we will let you know and, if the delay is long, you can cancel for a full refund.
Our designs
The designs, images and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy or sell the design. Please do not copy, trace, print or sell our designs, or put them on other products, without our written permission. If you have seen our designs for sale somewhere else, please tell us.
Personal data
How we use your data is explained in our privacy notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can also bring a claim in the Scottish courts, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the Northern Irish courts.
If you have a problem, please email us first at [email protected] and we will do our best to sort it out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown here when you placed it.
